New panellists can register and existing panellists can edit personal information, schedule test sessions or inform you about the periods they are not available for testing.

Interview by phone using a screener

After defining quotas for an upcoming project, you can start recruiting panellists. One of the possibilities is running a screener questionnaire during a telephone conversation. Depending on the outcome, a panellist can be defined as suitable for the project. The recruiter and panellist can schedule a test session.

Plan the capacity of different test locations and schedule appointments

In EyeContact you can define test locations with a certain capacity. For a project you can create date and time slots that are availabe for inviting panelists. During the recruiting process panellists will make appointments to visit your test facility. The system will monitor the available seats per time slot and location.
