General Feature Requests

We continuously work on improving our software and in particular on our collection of available research methodologies and question types. Last year we added Choice Based Conjoint Analysis to our templates for Consumer Research. In the field of Sensory Research we were able to extend the question type library with the Flavor Wheel, Napping and TDS.

Our team is working everyday on new technologies based on the feedback they receive from our customers. Customer Specific Development

Some of our customers have very specific requests that are not valuable for all our other customers or are just part of their intellectual property. We can customize our software for them on several levels. It is possible to customize data analysis and reporting, the visual appearance of the questionnaires or add new test methodologies and question types. We can also create technical interfaces that support communication between EyeQuestion and external third party systems like databases and data warehouses.
